Windsor Street Area Sewer Separation Project

PHASE 1 – SEWER REHABILITATION (Cleaning, Inspection, and Lining)
Rehabilitate existing sewer with lining “no-dig” technology
Existing sewer will need bypass pumping and excavation work
Project will extend life of sewer 50+ years with minimal disruption to community

Work Schedule
Cleaning & Inspection of Existing Sewers – Complete
Setup bypass pumping (April)
Lining sewer & point repairs (May)
Lining laterals (June – August)

PHASE 2 – WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT
Water mains have reached the end of their useful life
Traditional “open cut” replacement of main and services
Installing exterior meter “pits”

Tentative Schedule
Water main installation (August 2026 – November 2026)
Water service installation (October – May 2027)
Sidewalk and Road Restoration (June – July 2027)

PHASE 3 – STORM DRAIN INSTALLATION (August 2027 – December 2028)
Installation of a separate pipe to handle drainage and allow for separation of sewer and stormwater
