Claims If you have incurred property damage as the result of MDC activity and are interested in filing a claim, please see the attached document, The Metropolitan District Private Property Damage Policy
In order to file a claim please submit a detailed explanation of what occurred together with any receipts or photographs supporting your claim to [email protected]
The Independent Consumer Advocate can not represent you personally in a civil lawsuit but can assist with filing claims against the MDC. If you would like such assistance please email [email protected]
