Starting in February 2017, the MDC will begin transitioning from quarterly to monthly billing.
This process will be implemented over the course of four months in order to thoughtfully and systematically transition all customers to a new monthly billing schedule by June of 2017.
Prior to the change, all customers will receive a letter regarding the transition.

Within approximately 30 days from receiving their final quarterly bill, customers will receive their first monthly bill. See below for the monthly billing rollout schedule for each town.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Charges that were previously billed quartertly will now be prorated to be monthly. For example, the Customer Service Chare that was $44.94 per quarter, will now be $14.98 per month.
