Septic Tank Pumping Reimbursement Form

The MDC offers a Septic Tank Reimbursement program to member town property owners who do not have access to the MDC’s sanitary sewerage system in accordance with section 14 of the MDC Sewer Ordinances.

Each property owner in the towns of Bloomfield, East Hartford, Hartford, Newington, Rocky Hill, West Hartford, Wethersfield and Windsor is eligible to be reimbursed for the cost of septic tank pumping up to a maximum of $275 every three years.

To apply for reimbursement, you must fill out the form below and submit a copy of the paid receipt from the licensed septage hauler that pumped your tank. A photo of the receipt is acceptable. Please allow two weeks to process.
