MDC created its Customer Assistance Program in cooperation with Generation Power CT (formerly known as Operation Fuel) to assist lower-income MDC customers who may be struggling to pay their water bill.

Customers can contribute to help other MDC customers in need by donating to the Customer Assistance Program online when paying their monthly bill.

Donations can be added to your payment as a one time or recurring contribution. 100% of the funds collected goes directly to providing water assistance.
